START OF THE 2019 NSC EXAMS
The Northern Cape Department of Education is satisfied with the start of the 2019 National Senior Certificate (NSC) Examinations. A total of 11512 full time candidates and 2024 part time candidates across 150 examination centres sat today for English Paper 1.
We can confirm that all candidates arrived on time at their respective examination centres and no challenges were reported. The Department declared its state of readiness to administer the 2019 National Senior Certificate Examination last week. We have all the systems in place to ensure a credible NSC Examination, free of any irregularity. We will continue to monitor all our examination centres closely for the duration of the NSC Examination.
