2021 Moot Court
Congratulations to the Winners of the 2021 Provincial Moot Court Finals. Dalithemba Nkiwane and Javondre van den Heever, Grade 10 learners from Steinkopf High School in the Namakwa District. They were accompanied by their educator, Ms. Roumayne Cloete.
The National Schools Moot Court Competition (NSMCC) is a simulated Constitutional Court hearing for high school learners. The participants are given a fictitious set of facts and have to argue for both (applicant & respondent) parties.
The process requires the participants to submit written arguments as well as make oral submissions. The Oral submissions is hosted in a real Court.
