Launch of the Maths and Science Labs Project

The Gift of the Givers handed over a container of Maths and Science Laboratory to Herlear Primary School in Kimberley today. The theme of the day for this precious gift is titled “Best Among People are Those who Benefit Mankind”.

This containers are fully equipped with instruments and objects having to do with curriculum related activities. In order to make provision for the needs of maths and science, as well as techno-clever generation, the advantages of this are utilised to enhance learners’ understanding of Science and Mathematics principles.

It is therefore, imperative to indicate that the support to Education is invaluable as learners will benefit directly as they are prepared for a changing world which is fitted and informed by maths, science and technology.

A total of 10 schools in the Province will receive a Maths and Science Laboratory from the Gift of the Givers. Through this initiative, we can indeed say that, Education is a societal matter, hence all other stakeholders are invited and encouraged to contribute towards the education of all South African children.
