School Principals are similar to architects - they renovate and reshape the school, with a focus on long-lasting effects. While guiding and overseeing change, make sure to collaborate closely with both parents and the wider school community. Seek out mutually beneficial solutions, rally backing for the school’s mission.

School principals must make sure that the transition from primary to high school produces the desired positive results that align with economic and societal goals.
